What is the best way to schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment 24/7 - at any time - online, using the "Request Service" form, or by phone (404)903-1453 during our regular hours Mon-Fri 9am-6pm/ Sat 9am-4pm.
How soon can you come over?
Most of the time, we can come the same day or next day in the morning.
What is your Service Call charge?
We keep the service call fee to a minimum of $85. This fee includes travel, diagnostics and estimate. The service fee is waived upon repair completion by us. All you have to pay is the cost of parts and labor. For second tech, if it is required will be an additional charge(double ovens, stackable washer and dryer and few other.) For any additional appliance at the same location it would be extra $50.00

Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. As required by law, all labor performed is warranted for 90 days.
Depending on the appliance type, make and the nature of the problem, the materials and parts warranty needs to be checked with a manufacturer.

Does it worth repairing my old appliance?
Considering that the cost of new appliances is considerably higher than a repair, in most cases, it pays to fix them. After performing an inspection of your unit our experienced appliance repair technicians will advice you whether it is a good idea to fix your appliance or buy a new one.
My appliance broke down. What should I do?
Call us at (404)903-1453 or use the "Request Service" form to schedule an appointment. Do not take apart your appliance, because something else might break down along this process creating a secondary problem and increasing repair cost. Also, we will not be able to diagnose the problem without putting your appliance back together.
Can you quote me a price on the phone?
We prefer to be upfront with you. Without inspecting your appliance at your premises and running a full diagnostic, it is impossible to quote a price. The cost of repair depends on a lot of different factors, including: appliance type, brand, age, modification, certain specifications, cost of parts etc. Beware of the companies that quote you a price of repair without even having a look at the appliance and professionally inspecting the unit.
Do you carry parts in stock?
Yes, we carry up to %70 of most common parts. In most cases, we will be able to repair your appliance within the first visit. In the event your appliance requires parts that need to be ordered, we can obtain them within 1-10 business days. For Commercial appliance it is usually little bit longer but some of the parts we can get in 2-3 days
Do you sell appliances or parts?
We repair major appliances like refrigerators, ovens, stoves, ranges, washers, dryers etc. We do not sell parts or appliances. If your repair requires replacing parts, we will replace them with new original parts that have been supplied to us by our qualified suppliers we've had established relationships for years. We do not acquire parts from unknown sources because there is a great change that they might be damaged, used, broken, poor quality or in other way not fitted for repair.
